Studio Libraries

Each Radio Station on KryKey.com has libraries for music, podcasts, promos, news and adverts. These have specific purposes that help each radio station.

• The Music Library : Only songs are to be uploaded/added into this library. Songs can be shared with other radio stations by selecting the 'share' box. Songs in this library are indexed for searching by listeners, so anyone can from the search page on KryKey.com can search for a song and it will list which radio station is playing it. The current size limit is 12Mb but tis can be increased on request. Songs need to be tagged correctly so they are displayed on the Player properly and also again for search purposes.
• The Podcast Library : Only Podcasts, like talk shows, recorded show, large DJ mixes are to be uploaded/added into this library. Single songs are NOT to be added to this library. Podcasts can be shared with other radio stations. As of April 1st 2011, any single song found in this library will be deleted.
• The Promo Library : Only Promos are to be uploaded/added to this library.
• The News Library : Only short News audio files are to be uploaded/added to this library.
• The Adverts Library : Only Advert (audio) are to be uploaded/added to this library.

Radio Station owners are asked to adhere to this. Several complaints by Radio Station Owners about Single songs in the 'shared Podcast' library have been coming in each week lately. Single songs will be deleted as of next month.
